You will have direct access to Botond, the owner of Marvelous Home Makeovers, LLC throughout every step of the process. He is the decision maker and ultimately accountable to you for the successful completion of the whole project.

First appointment

Initial consultation to discuss the project and recommended approach. This is time for ideas and questions.

Design phase

Depending on the scope and complexity of the project interior designs or architectural drawings may be required.

Product selection

Choosing the right materials for a project can greatly influence the outcome of a project. Our experience is put to use as we frequently work with a great selection of materials in a variety of uses.

Final proposal

Bringing together the design and the materials, the final proposal outlines the anticipated project timeline and costs.

Project

Managing a project when all you see is bare studs requires scheduling custom orders, material delivery, working out proper labor sequences and organizing the flow of work.

Team

Our team boasts craftsmen that can directly complete most necessary work. Only with your approval and in highly specialized circumstances do we bring in additional subcontractors.

Cleanup

Your house is your home for the duration of the project. We keep the affected project area separate and go to great lengths to protect the remainder of your residence from the construction impact.
