During an earlier remodeling project the laundry room was eliminated to provide for additional kitchen space. An alternate attic location was chosen. Accomplishing the relocation required movement of the A/C unit, duct work, and electrical wiring. The space was then finished with insulation, sheet rock, and paint.
The dorm window was added to bring in natural light over workspace counters and custom-built cabinets. New front-loading washer and dryer were installed.
