Enclosed Porch
We chose Marvelous Home Makeovers to add on to our master bedroom, add a huge screened porch, and replace all the siding on our house. What a fantastic job! My screened porch is my favorite room in my house! Botond beautifully incorporated my antique stained glass piece and my vintage screen door. Our remodeling experience was very positive, and my husband and I were both very impressed with the quality of Botond’s work, his work ethic, and his commitment to doing what he says he’s going to do. This project was unique and diverse. The client requested an expansion of the existing bedroom that would incorporate a newly designed walk-in master closet, sitting area, and a screened-in porch extending into the back yard. While the plans were drawn and proper permits issued by the city, a large tree removal was coordinated. The space was needed for the extension and at the same time other trees in the back yard were preserved to provide pleasant shade.
Piers and foundation was constructed, followed up with several days of carpentry work. The siding on the whole house was replaced at the same time to match with the newly built extension. This project highlighted the many expert skills of the Marvelous Home Makeover craftsmen.
