In 17 work days, this 1980’s kitchen was updated to reflect the modern desire for a family gathering place. The clinical white cabinetry was replaced with the warm presence of custom-made maple cabinets. Relocation of the sink and refrigerator along with creating a wall opening to the living room further opened up this family space. A special-design island follows the kitchen layout and conveniently accommodates numerous cook books.
For the multi-taker in the kitchen, a small desk space was installed so matters of the home can be tended to while creating a delicious meal for the family.
