Front Facelift

This quaint house was built in the 1960's and was in need of a major facelift. The client desired an open, welcoming porch as a place to enjoy the evenings with a glass of wine.
After trees were removed, the tinted glass shutters that made the house look unwelcoming and claustrophobic were removed. The columns and trim work were custom installed to enhance the quaint feel of the house. The columns needed to support the structural integrity of the roofline overhang that was previously supported by the porch walls. The result is an inviting plantation style porch.
