I used Marvelous Home Makeovers to remodel half of my house; the kitchen, laundry room, dining room, master bath and guest bath. I had an amazing experience. Botond was onsite the whole time working along with his team. He didn’t give directions and leave and come back later to see how it was progressing. He did the work. They were exactly on time - everyday - and were courteous, helpful and did a great job picking up when they left for the day. Everything went according to budget, no overages or surprises.

This dated bathroom was constructed in the 1970's and as a result featured limited space and multiple layers of paint on the walls. To add space within the limits of the bathroom's walls, the shower was reconfigured with a raised ceiling, a corner seat, and a toiletry nook. The interior was finished with a travertine natural stone tile and enclosed with frameless glass door to create an open feel.

Electrical wiring was updated to current code requirements, the walls were painted in a pleasing relaxed colors that matched the new vanities, countertops, and mirrors. Lighting fixtures were installed to complement the updated style and provide added brightness. An air-jetted bathtub with matching granite floor tile and the travertine natural stone in the shower surrounds the tub.

The large mirrors within the vanities as well as the mirror over the bathtub visually expand this bathroom and give it an air of substance. Additional details included a small step added to ease entry into the bathtub yet remain out of the central walking path.
