Redesigned Interior
This is the second house that we have remodeled with Botond's help and we would not have purchased it without knowing we had someone like him to help us realize our vision. We had not yet closed on the house before he met with us to discuss our plans and ideas. He understood what we wanted to achieve immediately and provided great ideas and feedback. Botond is more than our contractor. He is our consultant, designer, master craftsman and friend. We will continue to call on him for our future projects and recommend his services to others.

This 5-bedroom, 4-bath, 3,200 square-foot house was extensively updated. The house was updated from exposed brick, Mexican tile, and sunken floor to a modern living space. Brick columns were wrapped in sheetrock to provide a smooth texture.
Walls were moved to accommodate new spacious layout, porcelain tile flooring and engineered hardwood floor was added throughout the house for a contemporary feel. The living room and dining room shares a custom stonework fireplace.
The kitchen was updated during the second stage of this rennovation.
