This living space was transformed from 2 smaller bedrooms and an adjacent bathroom into a second master suite with fully functional bathroom for a client with motion disabilities.
The general flow and layout needed to be modified to provide for ADA standards and other features by client’s request. By moving the entry way, the bathroom was enlarged to achieve a spacious physical layout.
The lowered sink and a roll-in shower accommodate a wheelchair and caretaker as necessary. The attractive but durable mosaic flooring seamlessly transitions into the adjacent bedroom through double French doors. The generous master suite was created by removing the separating walls of the smaller bedrooms.
